Toepassing
  • Het AMSB-systeem wordt gebruikt in pneumatische toepassingen waarin geen automatische drukregeling nodig is.
  • Het is geschikt voor handmatig bewaakte processen in de productie en machinebesturing.
  • Typische toepassingsgebieden zijn montage-installaties, testbanken en automatiseringssystemen.
  • Het is bijzonder geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij een continue controle van het debiet en de druk belangrijk is.
  • Het kan ook worden gebruikt voor energiebewaking en verbruiksoptimalisatie.
Beschrijving
  • Het Air Management System AMSB is een handmatig instelbare oplossing voor druk- en volumecontrole in pneumatische systemen.
  • Het beschikt over een geïntegreerde volumestroomsensor en een drukbewakingseenheid.
  • De regelaar wordt handmatig ingesteld, ondersteund door een digitale weergave van de procesgegevens.
  • Met beschermingsklasse IP65 is het ook geschikt voor ruwe industriële omgevingen.
  • Het Air Management System beschikt over een niet-vergrendelbare restdrukontluchtingsklep, naar keuze drukloos geopend of gesloten, een selecteerbaar communicatieprotocol (zie lijst met varianten) en een Air Management Hub met selectiefunctie voor eenheden.
