Toepassing
  • De roestvrijstalen persluchtcilinder CG5EATFSV wordt bij voorkeur gebruikt in de voedingsmiddelen- en chemische industrie, waar bestendigheid tegen reinigingsmiddelen en oliën vereist is.
  • Hij is ideaal voor geautomatiseerde processen met frequente schakelcycli.
  • De FKM-afdichtingen maken gebruik bij verhoogde temperaturen of contact met chemicaliën mogelijk.
  • De vorkkop biedt voordelen bij integratie in compacte assemblages.
  • Dankzij de vorkkop is de persluchtcilinder CG5 bijzonder geschikt voor toepassingen met beweegbare aandrijfmechanismen waarbij een draaibare verbinding vereist is.
Beschrijving
  • De dubbelwerkende roestvrijstalen persluchtcilinder CG5BATFSV volgens DIN 1.4301 is uitgerust met een pneumatische eindpositie-demping, FKM-afdichtingen en een vorkkop.
  • De corrosiebestendige roestvrijstalen behuizing zorgt voor een hoge weerstand tegen vocht en chemische invloeden.
  • De nauwkeurige demping zorgt voor soepele bewegingen en ontziet de mechanica.
  • De geïntegreerde vorkkop maakt een flexibele en ruimtebesparende montage mogelijk.
  • Een speciale afstrijker voorkomt dat er water in de cilinder binnendringt.
  • Het gebruikte vet voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie voldoet aan de FDA-richtlijnen.
  • De serie CG5-S kan worden gedemonteerd om de afdichtingen te vervangen, wat de levensduur van de cilinder verlengt.
