Toepassing
  • De slijp- en polijststenen UNIVERSAL zijn de allrounders voor het stapsgewijs fijnslijpen in de gereedschaps- en matrijzenbouw.
Beschrijving
  • PFERD-slijp- en polijststenen zijn veelzijdige gereedschappen voor de nabewerking van vormen in de gereedschaps- en matrijzenbouw.
  • Ze worden gebruikt voor het geleidelijk fijnslijpen na verspanend werk of na eroderen (EDM) om een streepglans in de ontvormingsrichting in te slijpen of ter voorbereiding van een hoogglanspolijsting met diamantpasta's.
  • De schuur- en polijststenen hebben een lange levensduur, een hoge vormvastheid en een hoog schuurvermogen.
  • De gereedschappen zorgen voor een gelijkmatige afname en een fijn schuurresultaat.
  • Het geschikte gereedschap is een handvijl.
  • Voor ergonomischer werken wordt bij handmatig gebruik een snelspanbevestiging aanbevolen.
  • Om een betere oppervlakteafwerking te verkrijgen, wordt het gebruik van schuurringen aanbevolen.
