Toepassing
  • De overloopventiel/regelventiel van de serie 853 biedt betrouwbare bescherming van pompen tegen overbelasting in gesloten circuits voor neutrale en niet-neutrale, niet-klevende vloeistoffen.
  • Deze klep is ideaal voor het regelen van druksystemen voor neutrale en niet-neutrale gassen en dampen en, afhankelijk van de afdichting, ook voor waterdamp.
  • De serie 853 is uitermate geschikt voor gebruik in pompbeveiliging, testbanktechniek, apparatenbouw, scheepsbouw en -uitrusting, ontdoietechniek, machinebouw en industriële toepassingen.
Beschrijving
  • Deze overloop- en regelklep van corrosiebestendig roodgietijzer is het optimale alternatief voor de roestvrijstalen uitvoering.
  • De uitvoering is identiek aan die van de klep serie 453, met uitzondering van de mediabestendigheid van het behuizingsmateriaal.
  • Er kan voor vrijwel elk medium een geschikt afdichtingsmateriaal worden gekozen, waardoor de ventielen van de serie 853 een breed toepassingsgebied bestrijken.
  • De ventielen kunnen eenvoudig met de handwiel in het betreffende veerbereik worden afgesteld, maar kunnen ook al in de fabriek op de gewenste druk worden ingesteld en verzegeld.
  • Ook tijdens het gebruik is afstelling of verstelling mogelijk.
