Toepassing
  • De vergrendelingscilinder CP96NDB van SMC wordt gebruikt in de machinebouw en automatiseringstechniek wanneer een beweging veilig moet worden gestopt en vastgehouden.
  • Deze is geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij moet worden voorkomen dat een vastgeklemd werkstuk naar beneden valt.
  • Typische toepassingen zijn pneumatische handling- en positioneringseenheden met verhoogde veiligheidseisen.
  • Dankzij de magneet is hij geschikt voor installaties waarin de zuigerpositie via signaalgevers moet worden bewaakt.
  • De dubbelwerkende uitvoering wordt gebruikt wanneer een gecontroleerde beweging in beide richtingen vereist is.
Beschrijving
  • De vergrendelingscilinder CP96NDB van SMC is een dubbelwerkende persluchtcilinder in basisuitvoering met eenzijdige zuigerstang en magneet.
  • Hij is ontworpen voor gebruik met perslucht en is levenslang gesmeerd, zodat er geen extra smering nodig is.
  • De demping is uitgevoerd als pneumatische eindpositiedemping aan beide zijden en als aanslagdemping.
  • Dankzij de geïntegreerde magneet kunnen signaalgevers worden gebruikt om de zuigerpositie te detecteren.
  • De vergrendelingsfunctie zorgt ervoor dat een positie veilig wordt vastgehouden, zelfs wanneer de luchttoevoer wordt onderbroken.
