Toepassing
  • De compacte cilinder CQ2KB-DMZ van SMC wordt in de machinebouw en automatiseringstechniek gebruikt voor lineaire bewegingstaken.
  • Deze is geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij een torsiebestendige krachtoverbrenging vereist is.
  • Het dubbelwerkende type wordt gebruikt wanneer een gecontroleerde beweging in beide richtingen vereist is.
Beschrijving
  • De compacte cilinder CQ2KB-DMZ van SMC is een dubbelwerkende persluchtcilinder met schroefdraadboring aan beide zijden en een tegen verdraaien beveiligde zuigerstang.
  • De tegen verdraaien beveiligde zuigerstang voorkomt meedraaien en maakt een nauwkeurige lineaire beweging mogelijk.
  • Het uiteinde van de zuigerstang is voorzien van een buitendraad.
  • De cilinder is uitgevoerd zonder demping en ontworpen als compacte serie voor pneumatische toepassingen.
  • Dankzij de doorlopende boring kan de cilinder met doorlopende schroeven rechtstreeks op de montageondergrond worden gemonteerd.
