Toepassing
  • De veiligheidsklep met volledige slag is uitermate geschikt voor het beveiligen van drukvaten/-systemen voor neutrale en niet-neutrale dampen en gassen, evenals voor stoomketelinstallaties.
  • De standaard veiligheidsventiel is ideaal voor het beveiligen van drukvaten/-systemen voor neutrale en niet-neutrale vloeistoffen.
  • De flensveiligheidskleppen van de serie 455 zijn uitermate geschikt voor gebruik in installaties in de chemische en petrochemische industrie, in biogasinstallaties, in industriële en groteketelinstallaties, bij de productie en verwerking van technische gassen, in de scheepsbouw en -uitrusting, en in secundaire sectoren van de voedingsmiddelen-, dranken-, farmaceutische en cosmetische industrie.
Beschrijving
  • De flensveiligheidskleppen van de serie 455 overtuigen door hun doorlopende concept op het gebied van prestaties, functie en ontwerp.
  • De hoge prestaties van deze serie variëren van DN 15 tot DN 100 en zijn daarmee uniek op het gebied van flensveiligheidskleppen.
  • Voor de productie zijn uitsluitend hoogwaardige materialen gebruikt met een uitstekende mediabestendigheid en de mogelijkheid om de dichtheid ten opzichte van de atmosfeer op het hoogste niveau te garanderen door middel van een tegen druk compenserende balg.
  • Deze veiligheidsklep is geschikt voor vrijwel elke toepassing.
  • Het drukbereik loopt van 0,2 tot 40 bar, de maximale gebruikstemperatuur is met 400 °C enorm hoog.
  • De ventielen zijn verkrijgbaar met flenzen volgens DIN EN 1092-1 PN 40 aan de inlaat en PN 16 aan de uitlaat, en optioneel met een hefboomontluchting en een naderingsschakelaar voor het aangeven van de opening van het ventiel.
